Metro Studio Services: A United Site Services Company, provides luxury restroom trailers to the film industry and also to businesses—like distribution centers during the holiday rush, or manufacturing centers remodeling their indoor facilities.
Virtually every studio in Atlanta chooses MSS for their restroom trailers because they are among the quietest on set. Why? Our trailers have both a double battery and solar panels, so they are able to keep running without a noisy generator ruining a take.
MSS restroom trailers all have a winter package—heating is available in every room. However, heat does require running the included generator or permanent power source, so some of our studio clients opt to not operate it, especially as the winters in the Southeast are relatively mild.
MSS Restroom Trailers are also thoroughly and extensively cleaned with environmentally friendly products and pressure washed between uses and during lengthy contracts. Our clients often comment about how clean and scent-free our units are. They are decorated, providing a luxury hospitality experience.
MSS has the flexibility to manage any size production. Our new fleet—the oldest trailer was manufactured in 2017—includes two to ten stall luxury restroom trailers. We can place multiple units in multiple locations, as needed. MSS offers bulk rates for extensive contracts.
From our office located at Pinewood Atlanta Studios, MSS places restroom trailers in Metro Atlanta and beyond. Recent restroom trailer placements have taken us to Savannah, North Georgia, rural Georgia and even into Alabama and Louisiana.

Pumping Services
MSS handles all our own pumping of our portable restroom trailers, hand washing stations and portalets. In addition to servicing our own equipment, we can also offer pumping services for our customers’ office trailers, RVs, cast trailers, honeywagons, mobile caterers—anything with a gray water or black water tank that needs it. By providing full service pumping for all onsite trailers, it can reduce the number of vendors onsite at a production—that’s less noise and less risk. MSS coordinates pumping and cleaning services during production/business off-hours.
Cleaning
MSS schedules cleaning during business off hours. Our service includes: full deep cleaning, water refill, restocking soap and sanitizer as well as paper products.
Portalets
Besides a fleet of portable restroom trailers, MSS also has many portalets, which can stand alone without power or generators to operate. We also have wheelchair accessible stalls in our fleet.
